This park home bathroom floor experienced a prolonged and severe leak from the shower. Here’s how I addressed the issue:

Leak Identification: I identified the source of the leak, which was between the seals on the shower tray.

Floor Repair: The rotted plywood floor was replaced with durable materials.

Tray Reinstallation: The shower tray was carefully refitted with new, high-quality shower panels to prevent future leaks.

Lino Installation: A new lino floor covering was laid down for a fresh, clean look.

Suite Refitting: Finally, the bathroom suite was refitted to complete the repair.

This static caravan door threshold had a rotten floor just inside the doorway (common problem).

Here’s how I fixed it:

Leak Identification: I identified the source of the leak, which was the door frame seal between the exterior panels. The door and frame were removed and rebedded with new mastic.

Floor Repair: The rotted chipboard floor was replaced with OSB floor section & new supports.

Lino: I managed to save the existing lino and stick it back flat.

This static caravan toilet floor had been leaking for months. These are the most common rotten floors found in caravans.

Here's how I fixed it:

Leak Identification: This room had two leaks; the toilet pan connector and the wash basin waste.

Floor Repair: The rotten chipboard floor was replaced with new supports and OSB section of flooring.

Lino Installation: A new lino floor covering was laid down for a fresh, clean look.

Suite Refitting: Finally, the WC toilet and wash basin were refitted with new seals and the lino sealed with silicone.
